The olive-oil "extra vergine Casa Merlaro" comes direclty from our olive-groves, where olives are picked and manually pressed at low temperature following mechanical processes within the 48 hours after the "brucatura" (picking directly from the olive-tree). the "olio extra vergine Casa Merlaro" is conspicuous for its soft medium fruity taste, reminding the smell of freshly pressed olives; charecteristic is also a pleasantly pungent taste, typical when the olive is picked up still slightly green.
